To register and maintain an account on kb111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a natural person (corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts).
• You are registering one account only in your own name. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You are not accessing kb111 from a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or representative of another person for gambling purposes, unless expressly authorised in writing by kb111.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from kb111 or any affiliated platform.
• You are registering and playing for personal entertainment, not for professional or commercial purposes that conflict with these Terms.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

kb111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including a government-issued National ID Card (NID), passport, or other official identification — at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by kb111 may result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal.

Players who become aware that they no longer satisfy the eligibility conditions above must cease using kb111 immediately and contact support at [email protected] to have their account reviewed.

All financial transactions on kb111 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). kb111 supports the following approved payment methods for Players registered in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary based on your location and account status.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on kb111 is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though kb111 reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where required for compliance or risk management purposes.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time and credited to your kb111 balance within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on your issuing bank.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees, upon request.
• kb111 does not charge any fee for deposits made via local Bangladesh payment methods. International card deposits may incur charges levied by the issuing bank, for which kb111 is not responsible.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 4 hours for bKash and Nagad, and up to 24 hours for bank transfers and card withdrawals.
• kb111 may require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals submitted without a completed KYC profile may be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for AML compliance. kb111 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to five (5) business days where a compliance review is in progress.
• kb111 charges zero withdrawal fees on all local Bangladesh payment methods. You receive the full amount you request.

All sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, and instant games on kb111 are governed by the specific product rules displayed within each respective game or market interface, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the product-specific rules are more favourable to the Player in respect of a directly relevant matter.

Sports Betting:

• All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation, and the final confirmed odds are binding.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. kb111 reserves the right to suspend any live market at any time, including where a technical issue is suspected or where the integrity of an event is in doubt.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within 48 hours of their scheduled start will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance, unless the market rules for that sport state otherwise.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers series — are subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). Tie and no-result scenarios are governed by the market's specific rules.
• kb111 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has commenced where the bet was placed using data that was not available to the general market at the time, or where there is evidence of match-fixing.

Casino & Slots:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games and slot games use certified, independently audited random number generation systems. Game outcomes are fair and cannot be influenced by kb111 or by the Player.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or display error, the round in which the fault occurred will be void and the wager returned. kb111 is not liable for winnings arising from a demonstrable software error, and such winnings may be voided even after initial crediting to a Player's account.
• Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live are governed by the rules of the respective game provider in addition to these Terms. Stream quality is subject to Players' own internet connection conditions; kb111 is not liable for session interruptions caused by the Player's network.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games. Where a maximum payout cap exists for a given game, it will be displayed in that game's rules or information panel. Any amount won in excess of the stated cap will not be paid.

Closure by the Player: You may close your kb111 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within two (2) business days.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to stop gambling for a period, kb111 provides self-exclusion tools accessible via your account settings. You may apply a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked from all real-money activity and you will not receive promotional communications from kb111. Suspension or Closure by kb111: kb111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Account inactivity: accounts that have had no login or real-money activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kb111 will attempt to contact the Player prior to any balance forfeiture arising from dormancy.
• Where required by law, regulation, or a lawful order from a competent authority.

Dormant Accounts: After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the dormant account balance. kb111 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any dormancy fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period expires may be permanently closed without further notice.

kb111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kb111 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the kb111 website. The updated Terms will display a revised "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Continued use of the kb111 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter the scope of rights or obligations, or updates required to comply with a change in applicable law — may be made without individual notification, though the revised Terms will always be accessible on this page.

Governing Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the meaning of any provision, the English text shall be the authoritative version.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and kb111 in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
